Martin joined Bristan Group in February 2021, bringing over 25 years of industry experience to the role having started his career in his family’s retail bathroom business. An astute leader, and experienced in sales, customer and business strategy, Martin held high profile Sales and Managing Director roles before joining the Bristan Group.
Ian heads up our Bristan sales team. He has over 22 years’ service and during that time has seen Bristan become the largest supplier of taps & showers in Great Britain. He and his team are seen as the ‘friendly experts’ of our industry. They have exceptional relationships with merchants, installers and specifiers. It’s thanks to these relationships and the team’s focus on delivering an extraordinary customer experience that has won Bristan numerous customers’ awards. Bristan products are widely specified on both domestic and commercial projects, and are readily available from trade counters & showrooms throughout the UK.
Jason leads our group marketing, product and commercial pricing strategy teams for the Bristan Group. He is responsible for product innovation, ensuring our products have been designed and engineered specifically for British homes and businesses, using the latest technologies together with insight driven, performance marketing aimed at building brand loyalty for both Bristan and Heritage brands.
Ken leads the finance team and is responsible for ensuring ethical compliance, financial standards and codes of practice across our entire organisation. He is also responsible for the group’s IT systems and the Masco Operating System, ensuring everyone has the right process training and tools to be the best they can be.
Steve leads both our Human Resources and Customer Service organisations. He has over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources and Customer Experience gained in both an EMEA and a Global setting with various multi-national businesses. Steve has responsibility for our customer experience with Bristan Group and is focussed on ensuring our industry leading service level is second to none.
Gurpreet has over 20 years of experience leading digital initiatives in telecoms, utilities, and manufacturing organisations. He is also highly experienced in designing and delivering digitally focussed business models and establishing high performing teams to deliver what customers need.
