Martin joined Bristan Group as CEO in February 2021, bringing with him over 25 years of industry experience and an enviable track record in leading brilliantly-effective sales, customer, and business strategy. As CEO, Martin is responsible for the long-term direction and maintaining a culture of innovation and agility, as Bristan Group continues to grow and deliver its promise to keep life flowing. An industry veteran, Martin started his career at his family’s retail bathroom business before going to take on senior roles at both Kohler Mira and Jacuzzi UK and eventually joining Hansgrohe in 2012. Among his many achievements, Martin led the successful transformation of the Hansgrohe business into a leading brand in the showroom and specification channels, having delivered exponential growth in terms of revenue and profit.
Ian is a brilliantly passionate leader and established industry name having worked at Bristan Group for more than 27 years. As Vice President of Sales, Ian heads up all sales and business development opportunities as part of the Group’s progressive growth plans. During his many years at the business, Ian has built up a reputation for driving market share across the board and played a key role in maintaining Bristan’s number one position as the largest supplier of taps and showers in Great Britain. He continues to deliver this through his friendly approach, unmatched expertise, and commitment to delivering a ‘customer first’ experience every time.
Jen leads our insights, channel, product management, new product development and PMO teams. She is also a board member of the Bathroom Manufacturer’s Association. She has over 20 years of experience, primarily with manufacturing organisations, with half this spent in the bathroom industry holding senior commercial roles at Plumb Center and at Kohler Mira where she was a member of the executive leadership team. Jen has responsibility for driving the strategic direction of the company, putting customers at the heart of everything the business does.
Steve is responsible for leading our operations and HR functions, incorporating supply chain, logistics, quality and our technical support centre with a focus on ensuring Bristan Group’s best-in-class customer service. He has over 10 years of experience in human resources and customer experience gained in both an EMEA and a global setting with various multi-national businesses. Key achievements include heading up the successful restructuring of Masco’s UK HR and customer experience operations helping turn a position of loss to profitability within just seven months.
