Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use and/or the Bristan Group site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should the Bristan Group site be accessed by anyone outside of the United Kingdom, it shall be that person's responsibility to ensure compliance with any locals laws to the extent that they do or may apply.
