Dear customers and colleagues, 

After more than 20 years in the kitchen and bathroom business, I’m very much looking forward to channelling my knowledge and experience in my new role as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bristan Group.

What excites me about Bristan Group is the people; one brilliant team who go above and beyond to build trusted relationships with customers. That’s what drove me here; and as someone who began their career in sales, I recognise how important it is to keep the customer at the heart of the business.

With that in mind, my vision for Bristan Group remains simple: to always be customer inspired. It was this very approach that made Bristan Group a market leader back in 1994 as the first kitchen and bathroom supplier to offer Next Day Delivery – and I’m focused on continuing to deliver simply brilliant product development and service innovations. 

We’ve got some exciting initiatives in the pipeline – all guided by our customer listening – and I can’t wait to launch them across the year.  It’s our priority to deliver brilliantly simple service to those that choose, use and install our products.

Finally, I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Bristan Group for their warm welcome. I’d always heard about the brilliant culture that Bristan Group has created, and it’s been amazing to experience it myself.  As the lockdown restrictions begin to ease, I’m looking forward to bringing our people back together and reconnecting with our customers face-to-face.

Together we can be one brilliant team, and I’m incredibly excited about being a part of it.
