About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced, commercially minded Social Media Manager to lead social media and influencer marketing activity across Bristan Group.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing paid and organic social strategies that boost engagement and reach while supporting our broader brand objectives. A key part of your role will be building and nurturing strong communities of installers (plumbers and bathroom fitters), increasing brand consideration, and fostering advocacy for Bristan. You’ll also drive consumer awareness and purchase through our retail partners, both online and in-store.
Working closely with our brand team, you’ll use customer insights to create compelling social content and campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident across all major social platforms, understands how social media drives brand building and commercial goals, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies targeting key audiences for Bristan, Heritage Bathrooms, and Bristan Group.
- Grow reach, engagement, and followers across social channels for both installer and consumer audiences.
- Build and nurture engaged installer communities for the Bristan brand.
- Drive installer consideration, usage, and advocacy for Bristan products.
- Increase consumer awareness, consideration, and purchases through key retail partners.
- Leverage influencers in key customer segments to boost brand awareness and advocacy.
- Maximise brand-building opportunities via Retail Media.
- Support the delivery of key brand messages and campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing with a strong track record in both organic and paid activity.
- Confidence and experience using all major social platforms to achieve business objectives.
- A commercial mindset, with an understanding of how social media supports brand growth and community engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in B2B or trade-focused communities is a plus, but not essential.
- A creative, proactive approach with strong analytical skills to measure and optimise performance.
