Customer Service Technical Advisor

 

Position: FTC 12 months, Full Time, Hybrid.

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic individual to help us provide top-notch support to our customers.

Key Accountabilities:

- Handle inbound calls and emails regarding product identification, water system and pressure capabilities, fault diagnosis, and the provision of spare parts or engineers.

- Meet performance KPIs, including Average Handling Time (AHT), adherence, and Average Speed of Answer (ASA).

- Manage customer relationships by maintaining quality data that enhances customer experience and supports business development initiatives.

Person Specification:

- Experience: Preferred background in customer experience, customer success, or a customer-focused role.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with software systems.

- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and effectively.

- Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer-centric practices with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
